STRATEGY EXPLORATION is most powerful when combined with team work. Hence, most of the time an experienced facilitator guides you through the thinking steps in a workshop-style format. Only in few cases data visualizations are prepared beforehand or individually.  This means that real-time collaboration is needed. I made good experiences with using online video conference. As long as the internet connetion is fast and stable the moderation is absolutely possible this way. Sometimes a mix of online and personal sessions can be a better solution to get to know each other better. The strategic discourse including the visualizations, animations and real-time online feedback from the participants is 100% ready for remote working. 

DESIGNING YOUR PROJECT

The specific thinking steps become more tangible when illustrated. Therefore, I suggest you to take a look at the Strategy PlayCards below.  

Typically my STRATEGY EXPLORATION projects include:

 A preparation phase in which you describe the challenge at hand and your goals.

 A suggestion from me on how we could slice and dice the elephant, called project architecture. I like to use my Strategy PlayCards to discuss the individual steps with you.

 The actual project execution phase in which we work through the steps. 

 A final documentation which includes all steps and visualizations that we created in the complete project. You can chose from different formats including the native file format .tt or MS Office PowerPoint. For the native file format you will need to buy a software license of EIDOS™, which I can provide you from Parmenides AG.
